If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Kindly pack the products securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and keep it ready for pick up. Please mention a convenient time for scheduling a pick-up of your order to return to us. Once we receive your returned product, we will review the product and will replace the product. We will provide with an exchange for the product without any additional cost.
In case of the product to be exchanged not in stock, we will refund the paid amount back to your account. All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
